How it works:

Hang the Mindset Tapestry in an area that is easily accessible to your child. When the morning comes and your little one is awake and ready, let them choose an affirmation tag from the pouch! You should then choose a corresponding caregiver card that lines up with the affirmation tag that they choose.

Standing in front of the mirror, they will recite the words "I am..." together with the affirmation. You will support them by introducing them to the beautifully illustrated card and encourage a fruitful conversation using the tips on the back of it.
